Our Candidate Screening and Presentation Process

Once we receive the requirements for a job from your hiring managers, we compare these with our extensive candidate skills database to shortlist candidate for interviews. Simultaneously, we advertise the position through various channels to reach to attract even more job specific applicants. Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview with our expert recruiter for the area of hiring, for example for an engineering position we shall have the candidates interviewed by a recruiter that specializes for hiring in the field of engineering while for an IT position, the candidate will be interviewed by someone who specializes in hiring of IT professionals. Technical as well as behavioural interviews will be conducted and the question posed and answers received from the candidates will be recorded in the candidates file. Upon successful assessments in the interviews, references will be checked and referee reports and or reference check report will be added to the candidate’s file. Files recommended by the area expert will be reviewed by our executive recruiter and finalized for presentation to the hiring managers with our recommendations. If the hiring manager wishes to interview any of the candidates recommended directly, the interviews will be scheduled. Once an applicant is finalized for hire, we will initiate the offer presentation process and finalize the hire working with your HR department and/or hiring manager. Once the candidate starts to work we will follow-up in 2 weeks, 6 weeks and then at 3 months. Certainly, we welcome feedback at any time.
