One of our healthcare client is currently seeking a Patient Care Representative to join our growing team dedicated to providing superb patient care.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to incoming patient inquiries via phone and email
- Processing referrals and scheduling patient appointments
- Following up with patients on an ongoing basis
- Liaising with our Patient Education Team
- Assisting Management with administrative and clerical functions
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service, client service, or patient care role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized with great attention for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience maintaining electronic medical records an asset
